• Right to know the name of doctor and staff members involved in their treatment.
• Right to obtain detailed and accurate medical reports.
• Right to refuse the consent form if not fully informed the details.

Patient / Family Responsibilities

Patients who choose Sunrise Hospital as their healthcare provider should be respectable of hospital’s rules and regulation for ensuring their own safety and well being.

• Notify respective physician the full details of their medical problems.
• Follow care recommendation given to them by professionals
• Avoid leaving hospital before discharge procedures are completed
• Notify the physician about inability to continue treatment
• Hold responsibility for the consequences of refusing treatment.
• Be courteous to hospital personnel
• Maintain hospital properties properly both inside and outside the room
• Refrain from smoking in all hospital facilities
• Refrain from entering prohibited areas
• Refrain from using mobile phone at prohibited areas.

No Smoking Policy

Sunrise Hospital is committed to provide and maintain clean, safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, medical professionals and staffs. Hence smoking and use of any other kind of tobacco products and drugs is strictly prohibited in whole hospital premises including all indoor and outdoor, parking, canteen and compound.

Visitors Hours

Visitors are allowed only below given visiting hours
In Patients (All Days): 10am – 12pm and 4pm – 7pm
NICU & ICU (All Days): Morning 7am to 8am and 5pm – 7pm
